Founded by Marvin Solitarian Yiacia, a professional accountant based in Arua, Prothyone brings structured financial management to the organisations that need it most practically, affordably, and without unnecessary complexity.
Registered as a Single Member Company under Ugandan law in December 2024, Prothyone exists to deliver structured, measurable financial outcomes aligned directly with its legal purpose: maintaining systematic records, preparing accurate reports, and strengthening internal controls.

Marvin founded Prothyone with a clear belief every business and organisation deserves reliable financial management, regardless of size or sector. As a professional accountant based in Arua, he brings structured thinking and practical support to every engagement.
She understands the real challenges facing SMEs and organisations in Uganda incomplete records, weak reporting systems, donor compliance gaps, and limited financial oversight. He built Prothyone to address those challenges directly, with services that produce real outcomes.
Her approach: listen carefully, assess what is actually needed, build the right systems, and provide the ongoing support that keeps organisations financially clear and in control.
